This role is critical to building strong, consistent safety leadership capability at the site level and directly supports the Safety Excellence journey.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;">The SafeAlign Leadership Coach serves as the face of the training effort in the field, facilitating classroom sessions, reinforcing learning through in-field application, and partnering with facility leaders to embed SafeAlign actions into day-to-day work. This role requires extensive travel, approximately 90 percent, and close collaboration with the Safety Excellence Project Management Office (PMO), Health and Safety leaders, and site leadership
