This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a weekly or monthly social media content plan that will connect to the target audience
  • Develop platform specific content and posting under its designated social media outlets
  • A team player that can responsibly work independently and collaboratively with others.
  • Highly motivated and hardworking professional who is willing to learn.
  • Experience managing paid social media activity
  • Develop a social media strategy to drive engagement, increase following and generate conversions
  • Working closely with the Graphic Designer, the social media manager will generate and post original content as well as content to complement weekly editorial updates to social media channels (Instagram; Facebook; LinkedIn)
  • Able to call and book appointments
  • Understanding how Chat-bots work
  • Monitoring weekly and monthly Google Analytics reports; observing site traffic.
  • Must be proficient in Content Marketing and should be knowledgeable in SEO
  • Must be knowledgeable in social media marketing
  • Strong online research skills
  • Analyzing Google Analytics results and updating the website campaigns accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media “influencers”
  • Edit, optimize and export images for different platforms
  • Managing the content of the client’s website and keeping it up to date

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, PowerPoint
  • Willing to work in different time-zone
  • Has strong organizational, creative, and critical thinking skills to meet multiple deadlines with speed and accuracy
  • Highly motivated and hardworking professional who is willing to learn.
  • Must be knowledgeable in social media marketing
  • Have Experience in Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

Must Have:

  • PC or laptop with installed Windows 10
  • Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket wifi or Mobile Data
  • Headset with active noise cancellation microphone
  • A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
