REMOTE CONTRACT (1099) RECRUITERS
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: TO BE CONSIDERED, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A DEMONSTRATED HISTORY OF RECRUITING FIELD RESIDENTIAL APPRAISERS.
About Class Valuation:
Class Valuation is a leading, technology-enabled appraisal management and valuation solutions provider committed to transforming how real estate valuation is done. Our mission is to deliver speed, accuracy, and innovation at every step of the process.
We’re seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support our nationwide Staff Appraiser hiring efforts. If you’re a self-motivated recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced, result-driven environments, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Overview:
As a Contract Recruiter, you will help drive the recruiting process for Staff Appraiser positions across the U.S. This remote, 1099 role requires exceptional sourcing and outreach skills, including cold calling — along with strong organizational and communication abilities.
Your success will be measured by accepted offers, and you’ll partner closely with our Human Resources team and hiring managers to help us scale and grow our talented appraiser network.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, identify, and engage prospective candidates for current and future Staff Appraiser roles (cold calling required).
  • Screen resumes, conduct outreach calls, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Extend verbal offers and issue offer letters.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking in our Paycor Recruiting ATS.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics, including offer acceptance rates.
  • Build and manage pipelines for high-demand markets.
  • Provide consistent status updates and progress reports to the HR team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and communicate professionally with all stakeholders.
  • Perform additional recruiting-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Required: Demonstrated success recruiting field residential appraisers.
  • Previous experience recruiting or sourcing in a high-volume, remote environment.
  • Proficiency with job boards (e.g., ZipRecruiter, Indeed) and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must use the company-issued Zoom Phone app for all communication (using your own computer and internet).
  • Strong time management, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Proven track record as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Paycor Recruiting and real-time collaboration in Microsoft Excel.
Compensation Structure:
This role offers a performance-based compensation model designed to reward outcomes. Instead of an hourly rate, you’ll earn:
  • $500 following each candidate’s hire date, and
  • An additional $500 once that candidate completes 50 orders.
This structure offers greater flexibility, autonomy, and earning potential while directly tying your compensation to impactful recruiting results.
Engagement Details:
  • Contract position (1099)
  • Month-to-month engagement with an expected duration of 3–6 months
  • Fully remote
How to Apply:
If you’re a passionate, resourceful recruiter who excels in building relationships and delivering results, we invite you to apply and help us grow our Staff Appraiser team nationwide.
Class Valuation is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for engagement without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability.
