About This Role The Key Market Visual Merchandising Lead, Paris is responsible for delivering consistent and elevated execution of all EMEA Retail Brand Experience directives across their designated European regions This role drives executional excellence through regular training, coaching, and clear performance expectations with retail teams. Working closely with relevant regional managers, the Key Market Visual Merchandising Lead, Paris ensures that store presentation standards are maintained across their region.

a day in the life

  • Ensure timely and accurate implementation of monthly product stories, campaign directives, product placement strategies and broader Retail Brand Experience (RBE) directives across designated European markets.
  • Support stores with sell-through driven RBE updates, adapting execution based on sales priorities and regional trends.
  • Attend a minimum of two merch morning shifts a week, providing hands-on support with execution, identifying training needs, and gathering content for the EMEA VM Forum.
  • Schedule and conduct additional store visits based on Regional Manager request or business need, ensuring flexible, responsive support to priority locations.
  • Provide enhanced support to any flagship stores in the region, partnering closely with VM leads to uphold elevated executional standards.
  • Partner with the Store Support Centre (SSC) RBE team to develop and refine optimal store layouts and merchandising maps that support campaign launches, monthly product storytelling and promotional moments.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and actionable feedback to store teams, through regular visits and cross-channel communication.
  • Lead regular RBE training sessions to maintain strong executional excellence and build RBE confidence across the region, providing flagship stores with additional targeted training recognising their elevated brand responsibilities.
  • Manage RBE execution across all phases of new store openings, optimisations and relocations through pre-opening planning, on-site support and post-opening follow-ups.
  • Regularly submit RBE photo feedback, store execution summaries and key insights to the wider EMEA RBE team, ensuring a strong feedback loop between stores, regional teams and global partners.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on store layouts, window measurements and RBE hardware, ensuring information is current and accessible to the broader regional team.
  • Gather and share retail, competitor and market insights to inform regional and global RBE strategies.
  • Support the SSC RBE team across other geographies, as required.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a visual merchandising or retail role.
  • Highly developed aesthetic, sense of style and trend.
  • Demonstrable experience creating impact in retail spaces, using innovative ideas that don’t compromise brand equity.
  • Mindful communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal. Fluent in English.
  • Degree level education preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and work on the retail floor – both within Paris and beyond.
